The UK design industry is one of the most exciting, interesting and stable areas to work in. But the industry isn’t doing enough to reach out and welcome young people — especially young people from underrepresented backgrounds.
That’s why we’ve started Why work in design?. We want to share what up-and-coming creatives need to know to break into the design industry, and show them that it’s a fantastic and purposeful place to work and create.
